SHIPPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Please use the ground shipping map below to determine your business days in transit when shipped via UPS.
If you have any questions about shipping your order, please call 201-204-0720 and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Alert
Please note, Feed Your Soul Cookies is sending a perishable item.  We recommend that you ship your order to an office or a location where someone is available to receive the delivery directly.  
If your order is a gift, it is your responsibility to alert the recipient to expect a perishable delivery.
We cannot take responsibility for delays due to inclement weather conditions or incorrect/incomplete delivery information. There will be a $10 surcharge billed per package, for each UPS address correction, or each returned package deemed undeliverable due to an invalid delivery address. A new package can be baked fresh and reshipped to the corrected address for an additional cost based on the selected item. 
Business Days
A "Business Day" is considered Monday-Friday excluding holidays.  
Saturday and Sunday are not considered "Business Days."
Saturday delivery is available upon request.
 
Next Available Shipping Date
All orders placed by 11am EST will ship that same business day.  All orders placed after 11am EST will ship the next business day.  If you have an "emergency," feel free to call us. We will try to accommodate your immediate shipping date.
Days in Transit
"Days in Transit" does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.  
To calculate "Days in Transit" count starting from the day after your order is placed.  

 Example:  If you place your order before Noon (12:00pm EST) on Thursday, 
                 your gift will ship on Friday.  If you choose the shipping option "2nd Day Air," 

                 you can expect your order to arrive on Tuesday.

 * UPS will NOT deliver to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses.* 

Shipping to Hospitals, Colleges, Office Buildings  When delivering to hospitals, colleges, or office buildings, please be sure that all details including floor, suite, room are valid.  We guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the hospital, college or office building. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.

Shipping Methods

     UPS Ground: please see the map above to determine ground shipping days in transit.  Please note, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not "business days."
     
     UPS 2-Day Air: guaranteed to arrive in two business days. 
     
     UPS Next Day Air Saver: guaranteed overnight delivery by end of next business day. 
     
     UPS Next Day Air: for all those cookie emergencies, overnight delivery by early a.m.
     
     UPS Saturday Delivery Saturday delivery is available upon request.  All Saturday delivery packages will be shipped on Friday via Next Day Air service and will arrive Saturday before noon. There is an additional charge per package. *Please call customer service for Saturday delivery 201-204-0720
