Happy Mother's Day to the OG Soul Feeders
Let’s be real—moms are the OG soul-feeders.
We hold it all together (even when we’re kind of falling apart). We pack the lunches, calm the chaos, cheer loud, love hard, and answer every question under the sun.
Before I became a mom, I started Feed Your Soul—my first baby in every sense. I poured everything I had into it: my heart, my time, my belief that feeding people is one of the purest ways to love them. But no business, no recipe, no hustle could have prepared me for the wild, wonderful, messy joy of raising little humans.
There’s no harder job. And no deeper love.
It’s the kind of love that lingers in the little things.
The perfectly packed snacks, the big hugs, the quiet check-ins.
It’s the voice they carry with them when the world gets loud, reminding them:
You’re enough. Just as you are. And I’m always in your corner.
My hope?
That they grow up grounded in that kind of love.
That they fall, pick themselves up, and chase what makes them feel alive.
And that they always feel safe coming home as themselves.
Some days I feel centered. Most days, I’m making it up as I go.
But I keep showing up- feeding them, loving them, doing my best.
So if you’re a mom wondering if you’re doing enough—if you are enough—
You are. You always have been.
And yes, you deserve all the cookies.
Happy Mother’s Day!
xoxo,
Mya
