SUMMER TREAT - SNICKERDOODLE BERRY PARFAIT

“Parfait” means perfect in French…and these desserts are just that.
Super easy to make, beautiful to present, and absolutely delicious to
eat! You can use any berries you choose. For this Memorial Day or 4th of July 
theme, I wanted to include berries with patriotic colors. You can also
get creative with your cookie flavors. I would highly suggest trying a
box of our White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Cookies. The flavors of
cinnamon, sugar and white chocolate paired perfectly with the
whipped cream and the berries. These parfaits were so easy to make
and can be stored in the fridge for a few hours in advance if needed.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2-3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
6 Snickerdoodle Cookies 
Handful of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or any berries you
prefer.

DIRECTIONS
Pour the COLD whipping cream into a bowl, add vanilla extract and
confectioners’ sugar until the cream is at your desired level of
sweetness
Using a beater, mix on high until the whipping cream is thick and
fluffy.

Break apart a snickerdoodle cookie and place in the bottom of your
parfait glass.
Add a few spoons full of whipped cream
Next layer with berries of your choice.. Repeat the process with
cookies, whipped cream and berries.
